The Camden Diocese’s 26th annual Charismatic Conference will take place the weekend of Oct. 10-12, bringing together the Catholic faithful in praise, worship and evangelization in Wildwood.
Themed “And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit” (Acts 2:4), the conference will engage Catholics of all ages, with adult, young adult, senior high youth, and junior youth tracks.
On Friday night, Bishop Dennis Sullivan will provide a welcoming and greeting to participants.
Conference speakers for the adult track include Father Stephen DeLacy, vocation director for the Archdiocese of Philadelphia; Maria Vadia, of the Catholic Charismatic Renewal in the Archdiocese of Miami; Kathleen McCarthy, president of In His Sign Netwrok; Father Ariel Hernandez, pastor of The Parish of the Holy Cross, Bridgeton; and Father Rene Canales, moderator of the Charismatic Conference.
The speaker for the young adult Track, a new track for this year, will be Father Kevin Mohan, parochial vicar at Our Lady of Peace Parish, Williamstown.
