Archbishop Damiano School students Antonio Davis and Shawna Connolly enjoy the attention of Beau, a 4-year-old Yorkshire terrier therapy dog. The students look forward to his monthly classroom visit. Beau and his owner, Sue Sleeth, belong to Leashes of Love, an all-volunteer pet therapy organization. Archbishop Damiano School, located on the campus of St. John of God Community Services in Westville Grove, is an accredited private special education day school serving students with moderate to severe cognitive disabilities ages 3-21. Services are provided at no cost to families.
