Msgr. Eugene J. Kernan was the guest of honor when Incarnation Church, Mantua, dedicated its parish center, named for the former pastor, on April 18. Msgr. Kernan is shown with the church’s present pastor, Father Kenneth Johnston, and members of the Knights of Columbus in front of the building. The original structure was built when Msgr. Kernan led the parish; an addition recently was constructed to accommodate the growing parish after the sale of its first church on nearby Shadow Place. The renovated center (below right) shares the Main Street property that is home to the 1,000-seat church the parish built several years ago.
