The Little Servant Sisters of the Immaculate Conception will host a garden festival, their 45th annual fundraiser, with the help of volunteers, at the Provincialate–Novitiate, 1000 Cropwell Road, Cherry Hill, on Saturday, Sept. 7, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
The event will feature homemade Polish hot and frozen food and baked goods, as well as American food and refreshments.
Andy Citkowicz, radio personality and disc jockey, will be on stage from noon to 5 p.m. There will be a White Elephant Sale and collectibles, religious goods, Polish imports, live plants and flora, silk flowers, prizes and children’s games.
Divine Mercy devotions and benediction will take place in the convent chapel at 3 p.m.
The fundraiser will help the Little Servant Sisters to meet the ever-increasing demands for the training of sisters to fill positions in health care and teaching, and also among the poor in their care in their overseas missions in eight countries, including the Philippines.
