Lourdes Health System employees Anita Lozenich, John Scullan and Kenneth Lewis have been selected as recipients of the Sister M. Elizabeth Corry, OSF Awards.
Lozenich, a nurse in the intensive care/critical care unit at Lourdes Medical Center of Burlington County, Scullan, executive chef at Our Lady of Lourdes Medical Center, and Lewis, a bus driver for LIFE at Lourdes, were among the 34 people from throughout the health system nominated for demonstrating the core value of “Joy.”
Alexander J. Hatala, Lourdes Health System president and CEO, said the award nominees play an important role in defining the organization and carry its mission forward. “You look at the faces of our associates and see joy,” said Hatala. “It’s instantaneous, and it’s there every day.”
The award is named after Sister M. Elizabeth Corry, OSF, who served as president of Our Lady of Lourdes Medical Center from 1969 to 1983 and 1987 to 1995.
