“Reading the Signs of the Times” will be the topic of a presentation April 17, 9 a.m.-4 p.m., at St. Charles Borromeo Parish, Sicklerville.
The presenter will be John Roberto, who works on the staff of Vibrant Faith Ministries as the project coordinator for the Faith Formation for the 21st Centery and the Faith Formation Learning Exchange website.
Roberto also directs LifelongFaith Associates, and is editor of the journal Lifelong Faith and coordinator for the Faith Formation 2020 Initiative.
Roberto “created the theory and practice of Generations of Faith—an intergenerational, lifelong approach to faith formation; and administered the five-year Lilly Endowment funded project to develop lifelong faith formation in Catholic parishes across the U.S.,” according to his profile on the LifelongFaith Associates website.
Pastors, parish staff and parishioners are invited to attend.
The daylong event is co-sponsored by the Camden Diocese’s Office of Faith and Family Life Formation and CESF (Continuing Education and Spiritual Education of Priests).
The cost is $25 per person; groups of three or more, $20 per person.
