St. Teresa School, Runnemede, recently held the Quarter Wars. Grades K-8 competed to see which class would collect the most quarters. Students raised a total of $654.25 for Catholic Relief Services. The first grade won the War with $119.50 in quarters with seventh grade coming in second place with $93.50.
On Jan. 30, Paul VI High School, Haddon Township, welcomed Andrew Lipenta, Grand Knight for all Knights of Columbus in New Jersey, to the Rosary for Catholic Schools. Father John Rossi, Director of Catholic Identity, acknowledged Lipenta for his instrumental role in contacting local councils to support a donation of 1,100 rosary rings for distribution to the students.
