The Mass included the lighting of a candle for each of the high school’s 25 graduates who died in service to their country.

The school hosted two guests, Sgt. 1st Class Rudy Ruiz, a veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom who was awarded a Purple Heart, and Cpl. Matthew Massing, a veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom.
