Scouting Awards Ceremony
The 76th Annual Catholic Scouting Awards ceremony was held June 13 at St. John Church, Paulsboro, St. Clare of Assisi Parish. Presenting the awards were Father Paul D. Harte, chaplain and pastor of Our Lady of Sorrows Parish, Linwood; Joseph P. Brennan, general chairman; Joanne DiGennaro, chairwoman; and Gregory Coogan, director of Youth Ministry, Diocese of Camden. Music was provided by Anastasio and Nickolaos Kalfas (above), Troop 13, and St. Clare of Assisi Parish Music Ministry. The Bronze Pelican Award for Adults was presented to Patty Hughes, Troop 81, Williamstown, for her years of service.
