Silver jubilee

jubilariannun-webGiving thanks for the past 25 years as a member of the Sisters of Mercy of the Americas, MidAtlantic Community, Sister Deborah Vignuolo celebrated her silver jubilee as a Sister of Mercy with her Mercy community, parish and the students and faculty at Our Lady Star of the Sea in Atlantic City at a Eucharistic celebration on Saturday, Nov. 20, with Father Joseph Luong T. Pham, pastor, presiding. Sister Deborah, who entered the Sisters of Mercy on Aug. 18, 1985 from St. Mary of the Virgin Parish in New Brunswick, earned her B.A. in elementary education from Georgian Court University in 1983. For 20 of the last 25 years, Sister Deborah has served as a first grade teacher and basketball coach at Our Lady Star of the Sea in Atlantic City.
