Members of the Crossroads national pro-life team join others in praying the rosary at the Cherry Hill Women’s Center on Saturday, Aug. 6. The 11-person group is one of four groups of young adults, ages 18-30, who walked across the continental United States this summer to promote the sanctity of life. The 11 men and women who visited the Camden Diocese started walking in Seattle, Wash., on Saturday, May 21 and finished on Saturday, Aug. 13, meeting up with the other walkers in Washington, D.C. for a walk from the Shrine of the Immaculate Conception to the Capitol Building. In the Camden Diocese, the walkers also spoke at various parishes to spread the pro-life message. All told, some 50 young adults walked more than 10,000 miles, passing through 40 states and thousands of towns and cities, to build a “Culture of Life.”
