Vietnamese Catholics of Most Precious Blood Parish, Transfiguration, West Collingswood, celebrated the Vietnamese New Year at Feb. 10. After Mass, children performed during the Dance of the Dragon for the New Year, the Year of the Snake. The Vietnamese New Year is celebrated on the first day of the first month of the lunar calendar, and remembers past ancestors while celebrating with current family.
