Several South Jersey Catholic Schools recently shared comments they have received from new families in their school communities.

— “Coming from a public elementary school, we have seen a transition in our son’s development as a student and as a member of the Saint Margaret’s community. We are extremely happy and proud to be part of the Saint Margaret’s family.” Parent

— “We should have made this move a while ago.” Parent

— “This is the best school ever.” Third grade student

— “Lainey says she’s been waiting for this her entire life haha! She’s made for Catholic School!” Parent

— “Saint Mary’s has been one of the best decisions ever. They made the process to change my son’s school easy and uncomplicated. My son wakes up every day excited to go to school.” Parent

— “Saint John Paul II is a really great school even with COVID. The teachers and the students are very nice.” Eighth grade student

— “Eva adjusted seamlessly — it’s like she’s been at WCA forever. She has several new friends and loves her teachers. She doesn’t mind wearing a mask all day and seems really happy.” Parent

— “I can’t thank you and the WCA staff enough for cultivating such a warm, welcoming atmosphere.”  Parent

— “It’s a great school and has adapted better to COVID. It’s good that we are here full time.” Sixth grade student

— “Thank you all for the wonderful welcome and the precautions RCS has taken. We know that our daughter is safe and sound at school.” Parent

— “Communication between school and families has been excellent. The teachers, students and families have been very welcoming and going the extra mile to help the new kids feel comfortable. We are so happy that we chose RCS to be our new ‘family.’” Parent

— “I like it here and it’s a good school. Everyone is cool.” Sixth grade student

— “Thank you for giving [our daughter] the opportunity to thrive. We really see an overall difference in her happiness and she is excited to go to school each day.” Parent

— “After being home for such a long time I was sure this would be a hard transition, but both kids did great. They love their teachers and are excited to go to school. The teachers have been great communicators and quick to respond to emails.” Parent

— “Andrew, Joshua and Cole transferred to Saint Vincent’s this year. We asked them to rate the school so far on a scale of 0-10, with 0=awful and 10=best school ever (this was a casual exchange.) They gave us a 10, 9, and 9-1/2!” Advancement director

— “If it’s this great during a worldwide pandemic I can’t imagine how great it will be when we have some normalcy back!” Parent

— “We’ve felt like a member of the SMS family from the very first day. Everything is so well organized, the communication has been superb, and the education she is receiving is exactly what we were hoping for.” Parent

— “Two months into the new school, we are certain we have made the perfect choice for our daughter and we are delighted to see what the next eight years brings for our family.” Parent
