On Sunday, Sept. 20, St. Isidore the Farmer Parish, Vineland, held a “whole parish intergenerational event,” with the theme, Justice — The Christian Vocation.”
The day, led by the Romero Center Ministries in Camden, was designed to help attendees recognize their call to discipleship and God’s vision of the world as good and just. The Romero Center Ministries is an urban retreat and social justice education center in East Camden. It is a ministry of St. Joseph Pro-Cathedral.
Groups were split up according by age (parents with their children through grade 6, youth from grades 7-12, young adults, mature adults), with workshop, activities, fellowship and music.
After lunch, there were lawn games, including volleyball, ultimate Frisbee, softball, and kickball
