Patrick W. McGrory, private wealth advisor with Ameriprise Financial, will be the keynote speaker at the Catholic Business Network of South Jersey’s monthly breakfast on Sept. 11, 7:30-9 a.m., at Woodcrest Country Club in Cherry Hill.
The monthly gathering brings together businesses and individual professionals to share experiences, foster business ethics, and create networking opportunities, all while striving to apply the Catholic faith in the daily marketplace.
McGrory specializes in retirement planning strategies, estate planning and charitable giving.
In addition to his work as an advisor, Patrick has played a significant role for over 20 years in his family’s foundation, the Raskob Foundation for Catholic Activities, for which he currently serves as the chairman. He also serves as trustee for Cumberland County College and is a member of various councils for the Diocese of Camden, the Foundation and Donors Interested in Catholic Activities, and The St. John Vianney Center.
McGrory received his undergraduate degree from St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, where he served as the Hawk mascot, and he continues to be involved with the university and its alumni activities. He received his master’s degree in financial services and is currently a doctoral candidate in financial and retirement planning at The American College in Bryn Mawr, Pa.
Born and raised in Wilmington, Del,, McGrory resides in Vineland with his wife, son and daughter.
