A healing prayer service took place on Thursday, Sept. 21, at Our Lady of Hope Parish, St. Agnes Church in Blackwood. The evening was a time for those who are suffering from depression, the loss of a loved one or illness, to come together and share, pray, and receive hope and healing from each other. Msgr. Michael Mannion, director of Community Relations for the Diocese of Camden; Father Joseph Capella, pastor, Our Lady of Guadalupe, Lindenwold; and Father Mark Cavagnaro, pastor, Our Lady of Hope, led the service.
