Five eighth grade students of Saint John Paul II Regional School, Stratford, were recently awarded merit/presidential scholarships for their performance on the High School Placement Test. “We are extremely proud of their efforts and congratulate them on their accomplishments,” said principal Helen Persing of the students. “They have been hard working students who are very involved in our school community with athletics, fine arts and student council.
