Some walked in sneakers and others sped along in wheelchairs or assisted devices in Westville Grove on May 8 at the annual walk/ride-a-thon fundraiser sponsored by the Parents and Friends Association of Archbishop Damiano School. All funds will go toward facility improvements. Archbishop Damiano School is a state approved, private special education day school serving students with moderate to severe cognitive disabilities ages, 3-21. Services are provided at no cost to families. At right are classroom assistant Shirley D’Agostino and Michael Mangine, a pre-school student.
