Our Lady Of Hope Regional School in Blackwood hosted five area Catholic elementary school teams in a Cheer Showcase on Saturday, Feb. 15. The standing room only crowd was treated to performances from the mini, JV and varsity cheer divisions, as well as individual tumbling and jumping competitions. Cheer teams competing included Saint Mary’s School (Williamstown), Holy Angels School (Woodbury), Saint John Paul II Regional School (Stratford), Saint Rose of Lima School (Haddon Heights) and Cape Trinity School (Wildwood). Every cheerleader brought their team spirit and represented their schools with grace, poise and Christian fair play. The team divisions were: Mini’s winner, Holy Angels; JV, Saint Mary’s; Varsity, Holy Angels.
