
Sister M. Febronia Jarosz, of the Little Servant Sisters of the Immaculate Conception, celebrated her 100th birthday Sept. 26 with a Mass of Thanksgiving and celebratory dinner at Saint Joseph’s Senior Home in Woodbridge. A Little Servant Sister for the past 84 years, she served as Superior Provincial in the United States for her congregation from 1987-1996 and helped oversee the construction of the Blessed Edmund Early Childhood Education Center in Cherry Hill in 1996, staffed by the sisters. Following its opening, she was Bursar Provincial in the new Provincial House, Cherry Hill, from 1996-1999. She served in South Africa, and as Mother Provincial of the Holy Trinity Province in the United States. She retired in 2002.
