The Filipino Apostolate of the Diocese of Camden gathered Oct. 31 at Saint Mary Church, Cherry Hill, for the annual Mass celebrated in the Tagalog language. Father Cosme de la Peña, pastor of Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton Parish, Absecon, celebrated the Mass. Canceled last year due to COVID-19, this year’s liturgy was “joyful – it was nice to see people,” said Maria Aurora Makalintal, coordinator of the Filipino Apostolate at the parish.
