Guest speaker Frank Vespe speaks on white collar crime at the Catholic Business Network breakfast at the Woodcrest Country Club in Cherry Hill on July 14. Vespe, who holds a master’s degree in criminal law from Saint Joseph University, Philadelphia, discussed workers comp scams, insurance scams, mortgage fraud and time share fraud. He has worked as a corporate fraud adviser and consultant for several companies over his career. An adjunct professor at Rowan University, Glassboro, and Gloucester County College, Vespe is a pro-bono speaker in the South Jersey area, informing groups on various white-collar crime scams. A member of the Knights of Columbus, Malvern Retreat Group and Saint Padre Pio Advocate, Vespe is a certified fraud claims law specialist F.C.L.S.
