The beloved hosts of the “Keepin’ It Catholic” YouTube show, Jose Rodriguez and Estrellita (Star) Martinez, were wed Feb. 12 at Saint Francis of Assisi Church, Divine Mercy Parish, Vineland, during a Mass where Bishop Dennis Sullivan officiated their vows. The longtime couple first met in high school and have remained committed to each other. Rodriguez is now the diocesan director of Family and Youth Ministry; Martinez took on youth ministry leadership in the couple’s parish while also establishing a professional career. The wedding was concelebrated by the pastor and several priest friends, and attended by parish and diocesan lay leaders, friends and family.
