Nominations are underway for Catholic Charities’ annual Disciples of Mercy Awards.
Begun during the Jubilee Year of Mercy in 2015, the awards recognize individuals and ministries who have gone above and beyond to reach out to those in need and the most vulnerable throughout the Diocese of Camden.
The awards will be presented Oct. 25 at Resorts Hotel in Atlantic City during the 18th annual Catholic Charities’ Dinner & Awards Ceremony – formerly the Justice For All Dinner. This year, the event will honor Dennis W. Pullin, president and chief executive officer of Virtua Health. The event – to be held in person for the first time in three years due to the pandemic – also serves as the largest annual fundraiser for Catholic Charities Diocese of Camden, with all proceeds used to provide direct assistance to those whom they serve.
