The common ground of God’s love seen in Catholic Strong campaign

Once again, the Diocese’s semi-annual Catholic Strong distribution has gone out to our parishes. 

Every dollar collected since 2017 through May 31, 2021, has been pulled into the calculation for 70% to 100% distribution back to every parish for their specific needs, and up to 30% for diocesan ministry, based on each donor’s request. Despite the challenges of the past year and a half, so many of our donors have been able to continue their sacrificial gifts and payments, which are producing fruitful results throughout the Diocese of Camden. The chart here displays the successes at each parish.

Your Catholic Strong dollars are at work building and renovating structures, funding salaries for ministry leaders, and supporting programs and activities that build up our Church and grow our faith. 

Catholic Strong is one of those experiences where, as Henri Nouwen says, those who can give and those who need, “meet on the common ground of God’s love.”

For those who have been fortunate enough to contribute, we are grateful. For those who are now experiencing the benefits of those gifts, we say, “Enjoy! Give thanks! Celebrate! For together we are Catholic Strong!”
