mlk1-webOn Monday, Jan. 18, Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, local Catholic school students honored the memory of the civil rights leader. Paul VI High School, Haddon Township, for example, sent teams of students to 20 different locations, from painting at San Miguel School in Camden to participating in a pro-life rally in Cherry Hill, to cleaning up their own school grounds. Paul VI students entertain patients at Arden Courts Alzheimer’s Assisted Living in Cherry Hill, with its choir (left photo) and dance team (bottom left).  Students Kaheem Reynolds, Darryl Smith, Milah Blunt, and principal, Father Charles Conaty, from St. Joseph High School, Hammonton, visit the African American Heritage Museum of Southern New Jersey, seeing exhibits on Dr. King and other famous African-Americans (bottom right). mlk4-web
