Catholic media is more than just words on a page. It is a lifeline of truth, a bridge to unity and a beacon of faith in a world often clouded by misinformation,” staff from the Catholic Star Herald conveyed at the most recent Catholic Business Network of South Jersey meeting.
Nearly 40 business leaders from at least three Catholic dioceses came together for Mass at Saint Mary’s Church, Gloucester City, followed by breakfast, networking and a presentation by Neal Cullen and Paul Worthington, the Catholic Star Herald’s advertising representatives.
“Whether you are a parish leader, a business owner, a school administrator or simply a devoted Catholic — your role in this mission matters,” Cullen told those gathered March 21 in the nearby Knights of Columbus hall. “Advertise and invest in Catholic media … [it] provides an effective, values-based way to reach a loyal and engaged audience.”
The March meeting was hosted by the Catholic Star Herald, and the staff was on hand to answer questions and display some of the very first newspapers – which printed nearly 75 years ago.
