The Knights of Columbus Saint Jude Council #6551 – Saint Andrew the Apostle, Gibbsboro – is now accepting submissions for the annual Mignogna Family Memorial Scholarship, a tuition scholarship of $1,000 to students who are currently attending a Catholic high school.
Two winners will be chosen, each to receive $1,000. Candidates must submit an essay – up to 500 words – about the person he/she admires most. The essays must be submitted as a PDF to be considered; the essays should also be double-spaced, in bold print and with no less than 18-point font.
Essays should be emailed to Steven Mignogna at smignogna@archerlaw.com and include the student’s name, grade level, school, parish, home address and telephone number. All essays must be received on or before May 31. The winner will be notified in June.
