
Sister Angela Donovan, OP, who taught at Saint James, Ventnor, 1966-67, died May 23 at Saint Dominic Villa, Hazel Green, Wisconsin.
Natural burial took place May 25 in the Motherhouse Cemetery. The funeral Mass was held at the motherhouse, Sinsinawa, June 2.
In addition to her time in New Jersey, she ministered in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, Illinois, Louisiana and Arizona.
Sister Angela made her first religious profession as a Dominican Sister of Sinsinawa Aug. 5, 1950, and her perpetual profession Aug. 5, 1953. She taught for 29 years and served as a principal for six years and tutor for one year. She ministered as chaplain for eight years, in mission effectiveness for 11 years and as convent prioress for six years.
