On Thursday, June 30, the Office of Black Catholic Ministry honored two recent eighth grade graduates, who will be attending Catholic high schools in the Diocese of Camden in the fall, with $1,000 scholarships. Requirements included being a practicing Catholic, maintaining a C or above G.P.A. for the past three years, and active participation in church, school and community activities.
