The Catholic Communication Campaign will be collected in parishes across the Diocese of Camden on May 31-June 1.
Fifty percent of what is raised remains in the Diocese of Camden, and supports the evangelization efforts of the Diocese’s Office of Communications. Last year, the Diocese collected $67,988 for this campaign, with $33,994 staying in the Diocese.
Earlier this month, Pope Leo XIV thanked members of the media for their service to truth. He said, “The Church must face the challenges posed by the times. In the same way, communication and journalism do not exist outside of time and history. Saint Augustine reminds of this when he said, ‘Let us live well, and the times will be good. We are the times.’”
