The Franciscan Sisters of the Renewal will lead two faith-filled evenings next weekend in Atlantic City for the diocesan community.
“Light the Fire” will take place from 7-9 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 7, at the Parish of Saint Monica’s Saint Michael Church, 10 N. Mississippi Avenue, and will include Adoration, Music, and Confession. All are invited, with participation adhering to current state regulations regarding church capacity and social distancing. And due to the COVID-19 restrictions, there will not be a Mass, or street evangelization, as in evenings past.
The next day, Saturday, Aug. 8, a “Heart to Heart” Summer event for high school teenagers will take place at Quaremba Hall behind Saint Michael Church, from 6-9 p.m., with a movie, food, games, and prayer.
