The Hispanic community of the Diocese of Camden gathered Feb. 24 and 26 for two nights of reflection, prayer and music that offered a space to encounter the Lord and grow spiritually. Sponsored by the Office of Hispanic Ministry, the events took place at Holy Cross Parish in Bridgeton and Divine Mercy Parish in Vineland. They featured the participation of singer-songwriter Silvia Mariella and preacher José Tomás from Paraguay. Through moments of reflection, music and prayer, participants explored themes such as “Immersed in God’s Mercy” and “The Cross: Sign of Love and Salvation.” The evenings brought together faithful from various parishes and offered an opportunity to renew their faith and prepare spiritually to live more deeply the mystery of Christ’s love and salvation.
