Pecan Pie

Pecan Pie’s family says:

Meet Pecan Pie, a 5-pound Pomeranian with a personality that is anything but small! Just under two years old and turning 2 on Halloween, Pecan is adventurous, mischievous, confident and convinced she can take on the world, despite being about the size of a loaf of bread.

She is a social butterfly who loves meeting new people, making new dog friends, exploring new places and generally making sure everyone knows she has arrived. At home, she keeps her family and big brother Toffee on their toes. She can be a little bit of a bully when she wants her way, but somehow gets away with it because she is also incredibly sweet, affectionate and friendly.

After a full day of playing and getting into whatever mischief she can find, Pecan’s favorite place is curled up on the sofa with her family, enjoying some well-deserved ear rubs and cuddle time. She also has quite the wardrobe, having inherited BonBon’s collection of dresses, which she wears with all the confidence of a much bigger dog.

Pecan is more than our beloved family dog. She is also the official mascot of CFB Promotional Products’ Pecan’s Pawsitive Impact program, which gives back to three local charities through designated promotional product purchases. In her own little 5-pound way, she helps us spread joy, make connections and give back to our community.

She may be tiny, but Pecan Pie has a BIG personality, a big heart and absolutely no idea that she is supposed to act her size!

Pecan is special because she has a way of making herself impossible to forget. At just 5 pounds, she has brought an enormous amount of joy, laughter and personality into our family.

She came into our lives after we lost our beloved BonBon, and while no dog could ever replace another, Pecan has filled our home with her own very unique kind of love. She is fearless, funny, affectionate and just mischievous enough to keep us laughing. She reminds us every day that happiness can come in a very small package.

Pecan has also become a little ambassador for the things we believe in. Her naturally friendly, outgoing personality has made her a perfect fit for our family and, somehow, for our work, too. She loves people, loves attention, and seems genuinely happiest when she is making someone smile.

But what makes her truly special is the joy she brings to ordinary moments. She can spend the day racing around the house, bossing Toffee around, getting into mischief and exploring anything new, then happily curl up beside us on the sofa as if she has been doing it forever.

She may only weigh five pounds, but the paw print she is leaving on our hearts is much, much bigger. Pecan is simply Pecan, and we wouldn’t want her any other way.
