Priests of the Diocese of Camden recently came together for their annual Advent Day of Recollection at Saint Anthony Church, Saint Mary of Mount Carmel Parish, Hammonton. The day provided opportunity for prayer, reflection and the Sacrament of Reconciliation, fostering spiritual renewal during this holy season.

Father Daniel Hanley, a priest of the Diocese of Arlington, Va., delivered a presentation on “Saint Joseph and the Life of the Priest: Patience, Pure Intention, and Supernatural Outlook.”
Father Hanley brought a wealth of experience, having served as former admissions director of the North American College in Rome, and associate director of the Secretariat for Clergy, Consecrated Life and Vocations at the USCCB. He is currently coordinator of the Propaedeutic Stage Program at Mount St. Mary’s Seminary, Emmitsburg, Md.
