Riley Rae, an alumna from Saint Mary School in Williamstown, has her photo taken with the Catholic Daughters of the Americas Court Mater Creatoris 1808 from Our Lady of Peace Parish. Rae was presented with the organization’s 2025 National Youth Scholarship Award for her award-winning essay on: “Rejoice in your hope, be patient in tribulation, be constant in prayer.” The contest was open to eighth-grade Catholic girls who would be attending a Catholic high school this fall. Rae is currently a freshman at Our Lady of Mercy Academy in Newfield. In addition to Rae receiving the award at Mass on Oct. 19, the Catholic Daughters received a blessing from the Williamstown parish’s clergy.
