Science success

Kaitlyn Fox, an eighth grader at Bishop McHugh Regional Catholic School, won first place in the Physics Category of the Junior Division at the 35th Jersey Shore Science Fair held at The Richard Stockton College of New Jersey on March 20.

Kaitlyn now advances to compete at the Delaware Valley Science Fair April 6-8 at the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center in Oaks, Pa.

Students of St. Margaret Regional School, Woodbury Heights, were honored at the Coriell Institute for Medical Research 2010 Science Fair, held on Saturday March 13. Emma Kelly took second place in the zoology category for 6th-8th graders. She will advance to the Delaware Valley Science Fair Competition on April 6-8, at the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center. Matt Innocenzo and Frank Pitt received the Best Team Award for Teams Grades 6-12 as well as Honorable Mention for Teams Grades 6-8.
