Bishop Dennis Sullivan will celebrate the 18th Annual Diocesan Blue Mass to pray for and support local law enforcement, firefighters, first responders, as well as their families, Friday, Sept. 27. The Mass will be held at 10:30 a.m. at Saint Agnes Church, Our Lady of Hope Parish, Blackwood.
The liturgy is a time for the law enforcement, firefighter and the first responder community to “receive prayers and support of the public, remember those who were killed in the line of duty, or passed away this past year, and support of their families,” said Deputy Chief David J. Harkins, Staff Commander of the Gloucester Township Police Department.
This Mass is open to the public. Attendees should arrive 30 minutes before Mass begins.
