This week’s podcast is so good we’re giving it to you in both audio AND video forms!

On March 22, 23 & 24 the Diocese of Camden will be broadcasting a three night Lenten virtual retreat at 7 PM on our Facebook and YouTube channels. The retreat leaders join our host Mike Walsh and guest host Donna Ottaviano-Britt today to discuss the upcoming three nights filled with hope, humor and practical tips for turning from sin and building virtue, faithfully living the Gospel and the importance of the Mass. Our retreat leaders are Father Chris Walsh, pastor of St. Raymond of Penafort Parish in Northwest Philadelphia, along with his pastoral associate, Richara Krajewski.

Father Chris Walsh, who’s story of encouraging lay leadership was detailed in Christ Lowney’s book “Everyone Leads,” has spent his entire life in the Philadelphia area, including his years at Temple University and Saint Charles Seminary. Before entering the seminary, he also worked in mental health and spent 7 years of his priesthood serving in high school ministry. He loves sharing his hope for the Church as a source of renewal and healing in our world.

Richara Krajewski, a native New Jerseyan, is a graduate of Rutgers University and the University of Pennsylvania. A convert to the Catholic Faith, Richara has great passion in sharing our faith with young people and others who are seeking meaning and purpose in their life. Prior to her assuming the role of Pastoral Associate at Saint Raymond, she worked in mental health and at a crisis pregnancy center. Watch each night of the retreat on http://www.Facebook.com/CamdenDiocese and http://www.YouTube.com/CamdenDiocese.
