This cheer and others have been heard from students in South Jersey’s Catholic schools since the Philadelphia Phillies earned their way to the MLB playoffs. They weren’t alone in their celebrations, however.
Holy Angels Catholic School in Woodbury, above, appeared on FOX 29 with reporter Jenn Frederick and NBC10 Philadelphia, cheering on the Phillies to victory against the Atlanta Braves.
While there, Frederick visited with students and staff, including Principal Patti Paulsen and Father Joseph Byerley, pastor of Holy Angels Parish, above.
Meanwhile, Resurrection Catholic School and preschool students in Cherry Hill, below, were joined by PHL17 Morning News’ Alex Butler.
