The men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice were honored in many ways across South Jersey on Memorial Day weekend. Above, Knights of Columbus Assembly 662 and District 50 placed flags at Holy Cross Cemetery, Mays Landing, in remembrance of those who have died in the U.S. Armed Forces.
Below, Bishop Joseph Williams joined Father Stephen Robbins for a Memorial Day Mass at Saint Joseph’s Cemetery in Blackwood. Father Robbins, parochial vicar at Camden’s Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception, preached the homily.
