Barbara Perry was the one student in the country to receive the 2009 National Undergraduate Student Award from Delta Epsilon Sigma, the national Catholic honor society. Criteria for the award include an overall GPA of 3.9 or higher; evidence of high scholarship; and endorsements by the chapter advisor, department chair, and chief academic officer. A resident of Carney’s Point, Perry is a criminal justice major and psychology minor. She hopes to pursue an M.A. in administration of justice with a concentration in criminal behavior.
