Business leaders gathered during the Advent season at Saint Joseph the Worker Parish, Haddon Township, for the monthly Catholic Business Network of South Jersey meeting.
The Dec. 15 event began with morning Mass in Saint Vincent Pallotti Church celebrated by Father Mark Matthias, parish pastor, who said in his homily, “Listen to the Good News of Christ. … Jesus has something for everyone. We must listen. No person has a better plan for us than God.”

After the liturgy, professionals gathered in the parish hall for breakfast and networking. A special Christmas concert was performed by students from Haddonfield’s Paul VI High School choir. Also, Father Walter Norris, a retired priest of the Diocese, gave the invocation with special prayer intentions to Saint Joseph.
The Catholic Business Network of South Jersey meets the third Friday of every month at different parishes across the Diocese. The next meeting is planned for Jan. 19 at The Catholic Community of The Holy Spirit, Mullica Hill. For more information, visit cbnsj.org.
