Reverend Armando Rodriguez Montoya from Parochial Vicar, St. Mary of Mount Carmel, Hammonton and Hispanic Ministry, St. Nicholas, Egg Harbor, to return to his home Diocese of Neuvo Casa Grandes, Mexico, effective Feb. 29.
