On Dec. 21, the new prayer garden outside Stratford’s Saint John Paul II Elementary School, created by Girl Scout Sydney Whalen from Troop 31459, was blessed by Father Rene Canales, pastor of Our Lady of Guadalupe, Lindenwold.
