Singer and songwriter Carrie Ford was the guest speaker at the Diocese of Camden’s Theology on Tap program on Oct. 18, held at Chickie’s and Pete’s in Egg Harbor Township. Ford shared her own personal story (“What I’ve come to understand, is that you need to walk in faith”), and called everyone NUTS — Naturally Unique and Truly Spectacular.

Theology on Tap, a speaker and discussion series for men and women in their late teens, 20s or 30s, married and single, will host its next event this Tuesday, Nov. 13, at the Landmark Americana in Glassboro, starting at 7 p.m.

The evening’s featured speaker is Kaitlyn Muller, program director for Refugee and Immigration Services for the Diocese of Camden, who speak on “Immigration, Catholicism, and America.”

Doors open at 7 p.m., with live music from rock band Paging Samuel. The program officially begins at 7:30 p.m.

Admission is free, but there is an optional all-you-can-eat buffet for $10.

Theology on Tap is “a great chance to hear a dynamic speaker, and engage in meaningful conversation in a relaxed and casual atmosphere,” said Greg Coogan, director of Young Adult Ministries for the Diocese of Camden.
