Preschoolers at the Blessed Edmund Early Childhood Education Center recently enjoyed showing a special guest around their Cherry Hill classrooms: Bishop Joseph Williams. On May 21, students and the Little Servant Sisters of the Immaculate Conception, who staff the school, welcomed the Bishop, with the youngsters singing songs they’ve been practicing throughout the year.
During his visit, the Bishop was presented with gifts including a school jacket, personalized stationery and a special pen. Bishop Williams also celebrated Mass in the convent chapel. “What a wonderful school,” he told the sisters, as well as students and their families. “You students are so impressive.”
