The Diocese of Camden’s offices of Hispanic Ministry and Evangelization sponsored four days of music, reflection, and testimony last week for Hispanic Catholics throughout South Jersey.
Over 450 individuals attended the consecutive evangelization evening events, held March 5-8 at, respectively, Our Lady Star of the Sea, Atlantic City; Divine Mercy, Vineland; St. Joseph Pro-Cathedral, Camden; and Our Lady of Guadalupe, Lindenwold.
Songwriters, and married couple, Iris Rodiño and Alex Morelo led the week of evangelization, providing music, theological reflection, and testimony on the impact Jesus has made in their own lives.
From Colombia, Rodiño and Morelo have inspired countless Catholic communities for 20 years, through preaching and music.
The four days offered Hispanic Catholics an opportunity to “reflect on the Word of God, and how we can allow Jesus into our lives,” said Andres Arango, Bishop’s Delegate for Hispanic Ministry and Director of Evangelization, for the Diocese of Camden.
