Bishop Dennis Sullivan visited the Ancient Order of Hibernians on Jan. 28 in National Park to celebrate Mass and remember those who died 52 years ago on what is known as Bloody Sunday.
Bishop Sullivan, who is also a Hibernian, was assisted at Mass by Father Peter Gallagher, parochial vicar in Holy Angels Parish, Woodbury, and Deacon David Harkins, who serves in Holy Child Parish, Runnemede. A framed photograph of all those who died on Bloody Sunday was displayed during the Mass.
