Knights of Columbus Council #6364 member Mike Tyska was visited this fall by his grandchildren, Brielle Lerch, 5, and her brother, Landon, 10, while working at a fundraiser for those with disabilities.
During the fund drive, Tyska and his grandchildren helped the Knights from Incarnation Parish in Mantua hand out candy and collect donations for three days at two locations in Gloucester County.
More than $5,400 was raised. The donations benefited the Larc School, Holly Dell School and Special Olympics – all organizations that serve those with mental, physical or medical challenges.
